Only students representing registered student organizations can request space on campus - this includes all classroom space, outdoor space and Campus Center rooms and lounges. Also, only registered student groups may request space in any of the Residence Halls on campus, and these reservations must be made in the appropriate residence hall office.
All student requests must be made with the Event Request Form, available only in duplicate form in the Campus Center Office. All forms must have a signature in order to be valid - forms without a signature or requests made via email cannot be confirmed. Please note that the person who fills out the form must sign it, and this person must be present at the event for its duration.

Insurance is required for all performers at NJIT. If your performer does not have the appropriate insurance coverage, a temporary policy may be purchased here.
Events taking place in the Campus Center Atrium or Ballrooms require additional set-up information. Please attach one of the following set-up forms to your Event Request Form to complete the reservation.

All room changes and event cancellations must be submitted no less than 48 hours before your event; if you cancel your event without proper notification or are a no-show for your event, you risk losing reservation privileges on recommendation of the Campus Center Director.
